Performed large-scale commercial site preparation for the Crescent Boulevard Public Safety Campus development in Novi, MI. Scope included land clearing, mass excavation, site balancing, demolition of existing structures, removal of buried concrete and construction debris, grading, erosion control, and preparation of the site for future roadway and building construction. Coordinated earthwork operations to establish proper drainage and provide a build-ready site for the upcoming public safety facility and roadway extension.
